They came out and helped me do a force regen on my tractor and they didn't try to rob me like the other Diesel shops in Nacogdoches, TX. Absolutely incredible service! My family and I broke down in Nacogdoches in the late afternoon on the Friday after Christmas. Randy and his guys came right to us and put us back on the road that evening for a fraction of what the mechanic shops in town would have cost. These guys were prompt and knowledgeable. They immediately headed out after I called them and even though they couldn’t narrow down the actual problem they didn’t charge us unnecessarily. THEN the next day out of the goodness of their hearts they stopped back by and checked out some other stuff and talked with my husband about different situations that might be causing the issue. We’ve been in the trucking business over 20 years and it’s extremely hard to find a diesel mechanic that has the patience and knowledge to “troubleshoot” the problem as well as not having us buying unnecessary parts & charging ridiculous prices for something that isn’t fixed. I want to give a big shout out to (Respect Diesel Service) what awesome Father son team . My 2016 Peterbilt 389 just got up and quit at 70 mph on I-59 in Lufkin TX, I I searched for hours couldn't find the cause so I came across Respect Diesel Service veteran owned, I called a few others in the area what all I got was it's too cold it's nite time,it's a long a very busy highway , Respect Diesel did not hesitate the were there in minutes with diagnostics in hand they knew what the problem would likely be all three of them went on the search for a bad wire . It was not an easy task sitting along side the road in 20 deg weather and trucks flying by without moving over but they would not give up till they found the problem and they did . It was a bad grounding wire. I got towed to a hotel they order two new wiring harnesses which took a couple of days but they checked on me everyday, when the harnesses got there they already had the old ones out and when a few hours the had the truck up and running perfectly Thanks again Randy, Kane, Dillion.

Randy and Dillon with Respect Diesel Services are top notch and great people. Really hard to find nowadays. Helped me out of a terrible situation. Went out of their way to get me going and went out of the way for me. Lots of challenges getting a different turbo to match up with my old setup. Broke down at a Nac truck stop with a wheel
bearing issue on a trailer load of cattle. Saw Respect Diesel Services working on another truck. Approached them about our issue; they agreed to take a look. After taking a look, they told us the hourly rate; we agreed. They got to work and had us back on the road in 3 hours. During the whole process the crew was very professional, respectful and communicated throughout the whole process. Definitely will give them a call again if ever needed.
